Current Development Initiatives

Necedah takes a proactive and assertive approach toward economic development. Municipal financial assistance through active grant and loan programs often provides aid to both industrial and commercial developers. Through newly established downtown and industrial park TIF districts, Necedah furnishes innovative assistance for business development and retention.

Necedah Industrial Park
The Necedah Industrial Park consists of 177 acres of sites located on the southwest side of town. Site prices are negotiable.
