Garbage & Recycling Information

| Lenorud Services, Inc. of Mauston, WI will provide garbage and recycling pickups on the scheduled day of pick up. Garbage needs to be at the curb by 7 am on scheduled pick up day. All garbage will be bagged and placed at the curb for pick up. Garbage includes normal household items. Do not exceed 5 (13 gallon) bags of garbage per week and garbage cans must be no larger than 40 gallons. This service is not for house clean outs or demolition/remodeling projects. |

| The following is a list of what can be recycled and how to properly prepare it for pick up. |

| Cardboard/Mixed Paper/Newspaper |
| · Does not include waxed cardboard · All Cardboard must be flattened. · Mixed Paper includes all grades of paper: including white, colored, ledger, shiny coated, carbonless or NCR papers, envelopes (including windowed, labeled, and Kraft), Magazines, phone books, computer printout paper, glued pads and notebooks, cereal boxes, shoe boxes, etc. · Does not include: paper towels or other paper products from restrooms or soiled napkins, paper plates and Styrofoam cups, carbon paper, cellophane or any waxed paper. · Mixed paper and newspaper may be mixed together in a paper bag, bundled or placed in a clear bag. |

| Commingled Recycling |
| · Commingled recycling consists of plastics (#1 - #7), container glass, tin and aluminum (used beverage cans only). · It does not include: ceramic cups, dishes, ovenware, plate glass, safety and window glass, heat –resistant glass such as Pyrex, lead based glass such as crystal or TV tubes. · It does not include: motor oil bottles (even those labeled as #1 and #2). · All commingled recycling may be placed together in a clear plastic bag (no larger than 30 gallon) or in a bin of your choice labeled Recycling. · We recycle asphalt shingles. |

| ITEMS NOT INCLUDED FOR PICK UP AT ANY TIME: |
Tires, sofas, sofa sleepers, batteries, brick, rock, concrete, TVs, computers, remodeling/construction debris, used oil, paint-stainvarnish in a liquid state, anything including antifreeze, yard waste, “white goods” (example: stoves, refrigerators, microwaves), mattresses, box springs.
