BURN SITE
In the Spring and Summer the burn site in Necedah is open every Saturday at 8:00 am.. During the months October and April, the closing time is 4:00 p.m. For the months of May, June, July, August, September the closing time is 3 p.m.
Weather permitting, it should continue to remain open until 1st Saturday in November. The burn site accepts any brush less than eight inches in diameter and clean lumber. Please make sure that all nails and/or attachments have been removed.
Composting is available again this year at the burn site. Therefore, leaves, grass and garden waste will be accepted for disposal. Pine needles are accepted separately and can be dropped off in a designated area. Please also be aware that the Public Works Department does not pick up any brush placed at curbside.
If you are not familiar with where the burn site is located, follow Precision Parkway (In the Industrial Park) north to the railroad tracks. The burn site is located just south of the railroad tracks.

HALL & PARK RENTALS
If you are planning a small get-together, party or celebration, Old Mill Park & Lion's Park have a beautiful outdoor setting complete with shelter to easily accommodate your event. It is available for a small fee and deposit.
An application must be completed and payment received prior to park rental. In the event you need accommodations inside, the Town and Village Hall is also available for rent, complete with tables, chairs and a working kitchen if needed.
Fees for hall rental vary depending on circumstances of the event. Please call the Village office for more information.
JUNEAU COUNTY LANDFILL
The Juneau County Landfill hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to noon.
Waste can be taken to the landfill. Please note that the landfill is closed to the public on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Directions to the landfill are State Road 80 South toward New Lisbon. Turn left at the stop lights onto State Road 12 & 16/State Road 80. Turn right onto State Road 80 South toward Elroy. Take a left on County Road B. Follow County Road B approximately 2 1/2 miles. Turn right on Ceylon Rd. The landfill is located at W7611 Ceylon Rd.
There are charges for dumping. Please call the landfill directly at 562-5233 for their rates and information about dumping.
